Rates and conditions

The rates are intended per person and day.

The price does not include the tourist tax. Children up to the age of 14 years are tax-exempt.

The exact prices will be defined with a personal offer.

For stays of less than 3 days the prices are subject to a surcharge of up to 30%.

The cost of using the washing machine is € 4.

The rates include use of bath towels, bed linen, cutlery, water and electricity.

Bed linen is changed weekly.

The apartment booking is only confirmed after receipt of a deposit The outstanding balance has to be cleared the evening before departure.

Day of arrival: The apartment is available from 2 o'clock unless you have expressly requested otherwise.

Day of departure: The apartment has to be vacated by 10 o' clock a.m. at the latest.

Final cleaning: If the apartment is returned in a clean and tidy state, then there will be no surcharge for a final cleaning.

For late arrivals or early departures the total period booked is payable.

All apartments are strictly no-smoking apartments.
